AED – Automated External Defibrillator (Coming Soon)

Use of AED Training – COMING SOON

Most sudden cardiac arrest victims are in ventricular fibrillation (VF). VF is an abnormal, chaotic heart rhythm that prevents the heart from pumping blood. VF causes more cardiac arrests than any other rhythm (about 80% to 90% of cases).

You must defibrillate a cardiac arrest victim immediately to stop VF and allow a normal heart rhythm to resume. The faster a victim receives defibrillation with the AED, the better the victim’s chances of survival.

This course is designed to teach you the safe and proper use of AED in the event of a cardiac arrest. Most AEDs are found in public places and has been successfully utilized to increase the chances of survival for cardiac arrest victims.

AED training can also be combined with first aid or CPR training for your convenience.

SALRX will assist you in acquiring AED units for your home or office at very reasonable costs.
